What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@valaromatherapie.com or call us at 514-757-2103 with the product details and the defect.

What are the shipping options? 

Please allow us 2 to 5 business days to process your order.

An estimate of the delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are for information purposes only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.

We offer local delivery based on your postal code. At check out select "local delivery". Otherwise different shipping methods are available.

When will I receive my order?

How do I make changes on an order that I already placed?

Orders that have not been shipped could be changed by contacting us at info@valaromatherapie.com. You must provide your order number, name and email associated with your order. 

If your order has been shipped you can request a change by contacting us by the time you receive your order. Shipping for any kind of change must be payed by the costumer. 

How are your products made?

Soaps, candles and mists are made with full precaution and hygiene mesures. Most of our products are handmade. We only use safe ingredients and natural essential and vegetable oils. 

Our essential oils are imported from Peru and packed and labeled in Montreal.
